Hi, my name is Jared, owner of In Focus Drone Services LLC. I have always been intrigued by the innovation of flight and how it has shaped our world. Growing up close to an airport and watching planes takeoff and land from my vantage point, at the very end of the runway, was an experience that, to this day, gives me those butterflies in my stomach just thinking about it. When the military jets took off for their drills you could barely hear yourself think! The blast from those engines gave good reason to hang on even tighter to the chainlink fence that stood between me and the source of the thunderous roar. Today that same area is blocked off and cannot be accessed by the public.

These flying machines fueled my little ingenuitive mind to create things that would glide in all kinds of shapes and forms.  Then I saw radio controlled aircraft! Now that was a game changer! Later on I saw and tried flying drones, for the first time, and that got me hooked. The controllability opened up so many ideas of how a payload could be added on to it, like a camera, or a release mechanism for dropping things like little parachutes or water balloons.

That brings us to today. Now as a licensed and certified drone pilot and having flown different kinds of drones and now using them professionally has been a dream come true. The advantages they offer are incredibly invaluable.  A drone can go places no other aircraft or contraption of similar size can navigate through. They also provide visual observation from any point in the sky at a fraction of the cost of using a manned helicopter or airplane.
